// Design Overview \\
We are very appreciative to have earned your time and attention and look forward to our partnership. Please review the brief outline as it will help create a clear understanding of what we are creating together, and the process used to create it.
CCS MARKETING is proposing to deliver Derrick Brooks Charities (hereafter referred to collectively as “client” or "db55") with creative services and the inherent creative support needed to uniquely represent the DB55 brand.
The design will focus on the ideas of your department and how you want to be build your reputation. We will be working in design phases.
**DESIGN IN PHASES
Each phase requires approval before moving into the next. Phases focus on typography, layout, photography, video etc. (see PHASES OF PROJECT).
Initial Creative Consultation
/ Initial Creative Consultation
/ Technology Recommendations
/ Internal Structure Recommendations
In this phase, we will compile information from The Management Team and present it back in a digestible report. The expectation will be that we provide some tangible structural ideas that they can do internally to help facilitate the brand relaunch.
Website & Social
/ Website Redesign
/ Website Redeployment
/ Brand Oriented Social Media Strategic Plan
In this phase, we will be compiling data and using it for the brand relaunch. We will come up with messaging and content for their social media pages. The emphasis here will be on unified and consistent messaging that can be shared not only with the community but with current and future sponsors.
Support & Maintenance
/ Manage corporate social media brand presence and website.
/ Maintain hosting, fixes, changes, updates to website, additional pages as needed for further brand development.
/ 2 brand focused social media posts per week focused on overall strategic brand goals
supply an on-site personnel at events for photography, live videos & stock content generation. (2 per month)
/ facilitation and training staff on social media tools and best practices for personally integrating with the brand strategic development (once a month)
Being billed at normal 4 hours weekly rate, for an actual 8 hours of proposed work weekly.
Clean up messaging and simplify the delivery consistency so that anyone in company can deliver.
Redesign presence to work for you so it can be leveraged effectively in spreading awareness and asking for support even when you're not there to do the asking.
With fresh tools, training on how to use them, and a maintenance plan for ongoing changes to keep it current and effective, you can see an increase in following, sharing, engagement, RE-engagment, and support from donors and community.
Once you commit to working with CCS MARKETING, we’ll begin the discovery process. The information you provide will help us better determine your needs for each project and ensure we’re on the same page. Additional research may be required to learn about your program or project.
With this better understanding of your expectations, we can begin drafting ideas. This is an important step, as well as the most time consuming. The aim here is to come up with a single quality design with adjustable options. Next, we will begin detailing color themes, messaging, brand tone, etc. for use in the design pieces.
Next comes the task of selecting the best of the rough ideas and making them more presentable. This involves file preparation, and cataloguing for ease of use, converting photography and other ideas into digital format, choosing appropriate fonts, color schemes and so on.
Your design collateral will be presented to you via a “build-out” link that will allow you to see the changes are made. This will give you a better sense of how the projects will look as part of your cohesive brand.
Upon your feedback, any necessary changes to the collateral will be addressed (i.e. color, type, graphics modification). Extensive research, consultation and experience is poured into each design that we do. In the rare instance that you find none of the concepts presented to be satisfactory, additional concepts will be presented. Two rounds of revisions are included in the base price of projects. Minor changes do not constitute a revision. Think of a minor revision as an essay that used a wrong word here or there vs an essay that must have complete sections revised.
Upon your approval, the final design files will be loaded to an online web portal for future access. Printing will be facilitated by CCS MARKETING unless otherwise specified.
You will never be charged more without your knowledge and approval. Deception is not our business model.
